Low Culture Committee is run and operated by Tori O’Campo.

She is a dreamer + creator + lover of all things print media and retro imagery, in case you couldn’t tell.

Her collage-style artwork is inspired by the retrofuturist movement and the sometimes surreal nature of popular culture.

She is also a freelancer taking on poster and layout design work and the Managing Editor for a long-form journalist publication.

LCC is run out of a little home in Nashville, TN, with help from her assistant, Ellie the Cat.
